You can send us a request to delete your customer profile at any time by sending an email to the customer service center. The email does not need to be in a special format. However, we ask that you write from the email address that is registered in your profile.
In order to process your request, we may request additional information for comparison and identification purposes before responding to your request. Once we have processed your request, we will immediately take care of deleting your customer profile, provided that there are no legal provisions to the contrary (e.g. settlement of outstanding amounts).
